About Isla K

Isla K was created by a mum and daughter who wanted skincare to make a little more sense.

When Isla entered her teenage years, we noticed her skin beginning to change. Some days it was dry and sensitive, other days it looked bright and healthy, and then came the oiliness, congestion and breakouts. It became clear that her skin wasn’t the same every day, so why was she using the same skincare every day?

We started learning more about the connection between hormones and skin and realised there was an opportunity to do things differently. Instead of creating one product designed to work for every day of the month, we developed three moisturisers designed to support the changing needs of teenage skin throughout the menstrual cycle.

Each formula is designed with a different stage of the cycle in mind, helping teenage girls understand their skin, adapt their routine and, most importantly, feel confident in it.
